The Discord bot automatically awaits a message with a media link from a supported website, once it detects a link it deletes it. Then it reposts the link and the message content but modifying the link to use a third-party embed fixer.
For example:
https://x.com/Username/status/id -> https://fixupx.com/Username/status/id
It does this via a webhook using the original posters username and profile picture to make it appear as they posted the link already embedded.
